Oh hey, I did that. As you know, I get the privilege of contributing to the prospect writing over at Cubs Insider and this year I was able to put together the website’s version of a top prospect list. Not only that, but it just so happens to be the very first edition of a CI prospect ranking!
With no prior template to base the rankings off of, I decided to follow suit with the style I have grown accustomed to during my personal OOTV ranking system over the years.
That means the inaugural CI list has two separate posts, one for the Top 20 Arms and one for the Top 20 Bats.
